TTM AS, a leading player in the field of machining, sheet metal and the development of prototypes in Vestfold County, Norway, was established in 2002. They have developed a customer portfolio based on high tech machining of products to the defense and general industry. TTM has 10 highly skilled workers with a focus on quality. TTM has a modern machine park, which is constantly renewed, in order to be able to stay ahead of customers' wishes and requirements. The machine park is adapted to the prototype production of small and medium-sized series. The acquisition of TTM is part of Torgy’s strategy to pursue opportunities within the subsea market in Norway. TTM will add expertise in CNC machining which is in demand in the oil and gas industry. TTM sees great opportunities to increase revenue by becoming a part of Torgy and thereby gaining access to a new group of customers engaged in the oil and gas industry. At the same time, Torgy has a growing need for expertise in the field of high tech machining within own product range, and both companies will benefit from this merger. TTM will immediately benefit from Torgy’s expertise and competence as an ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 certified company.
